Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Please retain this email for your records.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, kindly check your junk/spam folder or contact our team.
Order Processing Time
Processing time refers to the period required to prepare your order before dispatch.
After payment has been received and confirmed, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak periods or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If there are unexpected delays, our team will notify you via email.
In-Store Pick-Up
If you have selected local pick up at checkout, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your ready-for-pick-up notification. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be returned to stock.
As we are a sole operator, and our weekly hours may differ slightly, please email hello@hausofharmony.com.au to arrange a suitable pick up time to ensure we are available for your arrival.
We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping Locations
We aim to dispatch your skincare essentials as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details.
Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch (not the date the order was placed) and are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Orders over $250 AUD receive FREE express shipping.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–14 business days
From $8.50

Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and carrier practices.
Some orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Pick-up availability may vary depending on product stock levels.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We ship with Australia Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, you will need to lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery.
